1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and ph325 (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all services provided through the ph325 website located at ph325.cam and any related mobile-optimized interfaces.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any service on ph325, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines posted on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to access or use ph325.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and participate in any gaming activity on ph325. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework governing online gaming operations in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

ph325 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID, to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification upon request may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld until verification is completed.

2.2 Geographic Restriction

The ph325 platform is intended solely for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You must be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and during gameplay. Access from outside the Philippines, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or other location-masking technologies, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on ph325. Creating multiple accounts—whether under your own name, under aliases, or through the use of different contact information—constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph325 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended or permanently closed.
• Any bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Deposits made to duplicate accounts may be returned, but winnings derived from those deposits will be forfeited.
• ph325 reserves the right to retain funds where fraud or abuse is suspected.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. All information must match the details on your Philippine government-issued identification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change (e.g., mobile number, address), you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting ph325 customer support.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph325 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph325 customer support immediately. ph325 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ph325 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and USDT (Tether). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP), except for USDT transactions, which are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, PayMaya, and InstaPay. For bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), the minimum deposit is ₱200. ph325 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ph325 for security or compliance reasons. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and ph325 may request additional documentation to confirm your identity, payment method ownership, and source of funds before processing a withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: Typically processed within 5 minutes (up to 24 hours in exceptional cases).
• PayMaya: Typically processed within 10 minutes (up to 24 hours).
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay): 1 to 3 business days.
• USDT: Typically processed within 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).

VIP tier members (Gold, Platinum, and Black) receive priority withdrawal processing with expedited timelines. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

3.3 Bonus and Promotional Wagering Requirements

Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits awarded by ph325 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the terms of each offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All Players must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate gameplay or gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain unintended financial gains.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask your true location.

4.2 Game Integrity

All games offered on ph325 are provided by licensed third-party gaming providers, including Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game actions conducted by live dealers in real time. ph325 does not control or influence game outcomes and cannot alter results in favor of or against any Player.

4.3 Responsible Gaming

5. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the activities described in Section 4.1, the following behaviors are expressly prohibited on ph325:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Using ph325 for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or ph325 staff through live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to ph325 software or systems.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination without prior notice and forfeiture of all account balances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the ph325 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of ph325 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any ph325 content without prior written consent.

The ph325 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are owned by ph325 and may not be used in connection with any product or service without express written permission.

7. Limitat ions of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph325 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the ph325 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph325 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the platform, we do not warrant that the ph325 website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. ph325 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

In no event shall ph325's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph325, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your use of or access to the ph325 platform.
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.
• Any third-party claims arising from your conduct on or through the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

ph325 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph325, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. ph325 handles all Player data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ph325 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. The platform complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.

ph325 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, conduct enhanced due diligence on any Player account. This may include requesting copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, source of funds documentation, and other information necessary for compliance purposes. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players found to be using ph325 for money laundering or any related financial crime will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited, in addition to being reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by ph325

ph325 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same Player.

Upon termination for cause, ph325 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If fraud or a breach of these Terms is confirmed, the remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ph325 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any available balance (net of applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receiving all required documentation.

12. Amendments to Terms

ph325 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ph325 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the ph325 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, ph325 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph325 platform shall first be submitted to ph325 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ph325 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph325 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
